The Young At Arts is a non profit organization that provides quality professional instruction in the visual and performing arts to children between the years of 3 to 18.
The Young At Arts Celebrates 21 Years of Community Service!
Our purpose is to introduce the children to a wonderful world of Dance, Art and Theatre. We do this by exposing the children to a positive, creative environment. All classes are kept small to ensure that students receive quality instruction.
Over the years, we have developed many specialty programs in the Visual Arts, such as stained glass and pottery. We also provide classes in drawing, painting, cartooning and sculpture.
Our Dance program provides introduction and returning classes in Ballet, Jazz and Hip-Hop. Our Y.A.A. DANCE TROUPE, a year-long program providing serious dance students a venue to pursue their dreams in performing and competing. Competitions are optional.
The theatre program takes students into the world of big stage theatre. Students strive in learning their skills, rehearsing and performing on stage. To complete the term there is a evening on stage performance in a professional theatre.
We would like to take a moment to thank the Langley Arts Council, BC Gaming and the City and Township of Langley for their support over the years. We would especially like to thank all the students and their families for participating and promoting the programs. Without our students, we would not be able to fulfil our dreams.
